Thank you so much. Very good advice. Some items worked (heading colour etc.) but the menu would not work. I ended up re-installing the theme files and that brought everything back as it was. Thanks

Great, thanks! That fixed it.. obviously I am a WP beginner and with the previous theme I loaded the images as ‘large’ 640 not full-size. Now that I have changed them to full size, they are now alligned with post and are not blurred at all. Blurring was only slight before, but now they are crystal clear. Thanks
