Theme panel is broken after installing demo - reply

Hi,

thanks for letting me thinking again. I did made a fresh install without success. I also deactivated all plugins without any changes.

But, as you said I need a fresh install. I did a fresh install in the directory “newspaper”, but that didn’t work.

So, I made a new theme folder that I gave a random name. I installed everything in this new folder, activated the theme and everything is working again.

So if you choose the same folder it doesn’t work. Make a new folder and it works.

Strange workaround but anyway it works. The theme folder is just a name 🙂

Hi,

thanks for the feedback. The code does work, author is deleted. I will have a look to the theme files to erase the line of code. Better than hiding.

I had a category that doesn’t have 6 posts. I deleted this category as it wasn’t needed anyway. And suddenly the right related posts show up.

This ticket can be closed.
