I just login to check the plugins and I noticed there was a plugin update for Minify HTML plugin. So I updated it and it has fixed the problem.

Thank for all the help. Problem solved.

This happened after I updated to the latest version of Newspaper before that it was okay.
Should I turn off the plugins and see if the problem goes away.

Can you see the words / links together on your computer?

The only other thing I did was use WP Optimise plugin maybe that did something to the database?

Should I rewind and put the old Newspaper back on again?

I am not trying to redirect pages, but pictures internally.

When I add a picture within WordPress as far as I know I cannot define the web url image address.
Wordpress itself names the image file.

For example I added the Orion Spacecraft photo and it gave this address.
http://www.aerospaceguide.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/orion.jpg

I would like to show this internal web address as below.
http://www.aerospaceguide.net/spaceexploration/orion.jpg

Is that possible?

Chris,

With pages you can use the Visual Editor which sort of solves the page problem, but is there a way to manually control the breadcrumbs?

Other idea is with the categories pages is there a way to stop it using multiple pages and be one page with pagination (click on button to make list longer).

Chris,

I will give you an example of what I am trying to do.

I would prefer to have the dedicated Solar System page:
http://www.aerospaceguide.net/solar_system/index.html

Because I have to use categories and want to use breadcrumbs I have to go the categories method.

I think users would prefer to go to a main page thats summarises the info than going through pages trying to find the main Solar System info page.

MY ORIGINAL WEBSITE

My original website was made in Front Page and the above link was the main Solar System page whereas now I have been forced to use Categories in order to use the Breadcrumb.

If you click on the breadcrumb its takes you to Solar System Categories page:
http://www.aerospaceguide.net/category/solar-system

ONE SOLUTION

I thought of using a redirect so when a person goes to Solar System categories it takes you to the full Solar System page, but unfortunately the breadcrumbs would show the Solar System Categories page and not the dedicated Solar System page.

If Tagdiv implemented the Visual Editor in Categories – it would solve this problem and would make super power websites with Categories / Sections which simply aren’t just blog pages.

BREAD CRUMB PROBLEM

This problem gets worse when I say want to use Breadcrumbs from the Dwarf Planet Pluto, but I have omitted doing it because I can’t manually create breadcrumbs in WordPress.

I tried to get around the problem by using a text link in the content. Its a solution, but its easier if the breadcrumb was available for it.

I click on the x and it worked – thank you.

With regards to the sidebar scroll, how do I access the editor to add that code in?

So will that allow me to have a really long sidebar selection because I need alot of different sidebars for different sections.

In the Widget page there are widgets like ‘td_demo_category’, ‘td_demo_sidebar_fashion’, ‘td_demo_sidebar_blog’. I did not create them. They came part of the demo. I am trying to delete them because you can see them in the pop up menu in the Custom SideBar in the WordPress Post Editor. I deleted the demo pages.

In the WordPress Post Editor there is a drop down menu where you can choose custom sidebar. This feature is part of post settings in the editor. When you click on it, it shows all the custom sidebars.

The same widget categories ‘td_demo_category’, ‘td_demo_sidebar_fashion’ are in this sidebar. I am trying to delete them.

With regards to scrolling I am referring to the Custom Sidebar list in the Post Editor, its getting longer and was wondering how to scroll further down that list.

I await your reply,

I changed it to www. by adjusting it in the settings general page in WordPress. Is that alright?

I don’t know to do it server method – I am not that technical.

Is the method I adjusted achieving the same thing?

I added the code in and it still does not work.

I originally had the following in the css in the theme panel in order to create the bold and font size.

.header-logo-wrap .td-logo-text {font-weight: bold;}
.header-logo-wrap .td-tagline-text { font-size: 20px; margin: 6px 0 0 30px; color: #222; }

I have tried it with and without your code and it still does not work on my Vodaphone Smart 3 mobile phone.
