How to change the default post image so it's never blank - reply

Well what I’m saying is if there is no featured image, there’s like a blank piece of paper placeholder image. How can I set that to a default image.

Thanks! That was the issue. I just changed all the offsets to 0. Probably wouldn’t be so confusing for people if that were the default setting.
