The problem seems to be with the class of tdc_state not being checked for.

If the file wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_block_text_with_title.php on line 53, there is an if statement for tdc_state so you will get a fatal error if the class doesn’t exist.

The class needs to be checked like in wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php, line 622.
