is not possible to select the menu when the scroll is down, i can´t change the red color

so sad to know that, i think it would be a great idea to add this feature for a next release

as you can see on the first image, i tried to use the get_category_link(category_id) for the title URL, but this not work.

i can use the full url to the category, but this url will stop working if i change the category slug or permalink settings

i need to know if there is the same feature for all elements
