I want to explain more with a real post example, as below : https://whydoctor.ca/2022/12/31/news/virology/long-covid-or-menopause-sometimes-similar-symptoms/

–> This article for example contains the term “menopause” in title, content, description, keywords, tags, etc ;

But when you try to :

* search the term “menopause” :

https://whydoctor.ca/?s=menopause

https://whydoctor.ca/search/menopause

* or to click on the “menopause” tag page :

https://whydoctor.ca/tag/menopause/

you will have no results in Search and Tag pages ?

More terms tested with same results : headache, toothbrush, immunotherapy, intestines, etc.

Please ask me if you need more details or screenshots ?
