Another update”

I have deactivated ALL plugins, Set all Post items to the color Red- That works

Set all page text, titles, etc to RED, All pages changed font/title colors EXCEPT for
two pages – Forums and Contribute– Those pages did not change color

Another update, Our coder said when he tried to insert CSS to change the color it crashed the site every time.
