Ok.For all of you who have experienced this issue, here is what i did after two days of scratching my head:
I disabled mod_security from the Security section of Cpanel.We can now save setting without any 403 http errors!

Yes, we do get a strange error (403) in the console for the file wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
http://xxx.xxx/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=7.5

The file permission is set to 0644.

The system status is fine.We have memory limit set to 256M so that for sure isn’t the problem.The thing is, the website is working for mounth and we never had this issue before, until we wanted to change the facebook page link…that’s when we’ve noticed the theme options can’t be saved!

I’m an experienced programmer with 10 years of experience in more then 10 programming languages, so if i can do something in the code that will help, please guide me where to start looking for a solution.

I’ve tried to change the facebook page from mysql database manually in wp_options table.Turned out it was a bad idea :))
Ended up importing the table from one of our backups!
