Thank you for your help. I’ve tried turn off every plugin, and tagdiv PageSpeed booster did the problems.

So I uninstalled it and now everything works fine.

I tried to change the exact code you wrote but the mistake was hidden in the color code. When I coppied yours and change it into color: #000!important it didn’t work, but when I let it like you’ve written, it works!

I have already founded the source of this problem. The file “wp-head.php” was hacked. I deleted it and also deleted:
/** Outputs the WordPress header. */
require_once(ABSPATH . ‘wp-head.php’);

from “wp-confing.php”.
