Thank you for your help, but unfortuanetly i couldn’t fix it.
I changed the every `font-family” in “style.css” as “roboto”, as @Christopher told. (btw thank you for your prompt reply @Christopher)
And i double checked that i enabled the latin extented charset form theme panel. It is set as enabled.
And also all the fonts in custom typography in theme panel is set as “roboto” except menu font is set as “sniglet”
When i check website with chrome it is ok.
But when i check with firefox and IE it has this latin extended font problem in footer menu and in woocommerce product contents. You can see below pictures.

actually i do not have coding qualifications, (i wish a had.. 🙂 ) but i may ask some of my friends.

At least i learned that i can’t change it from the theme control panel

I should be grateful if you could take this topic as a suggestion for next update.
