Thanks for explaining the feature. I think this way I can control the subcategories more flexible way.

Thank for your reply. I have understood now. But this is a little confusing.
It should work this way – When i am selecting a Category from Filter tab by default Category name should display at first (which is displaying now right) and all subcategory under this Block should appear automatically. this is more sensible and logical.

Please let me know if my logic is wrong.
