Hi Bettina,
Following a suggestion to disable all but TagDiv Plugins and then reactivate the plugins one by one I discovered that the problem I was having was in fact caused by a plugin conflict with a plugin called…..
“Page scroll to id”
Disabling that plugin has fixed the problem for me. Many thanks to Alex at TagDiv for pointing the issue out to me.
Many thanks all.
Hi Bettina,
I hope you’re well. I’m also having this exact problem – No dropdown menu items show unless I’m on a category page.
I’ll send an email and mention this thread to avoid duplication of the issue.
Many thanks.
Hi Calin,
Thanks for the links. Not quite the problem I’m having. It’s that with the redirection in place the login modal – pop-up window – doesn’t activate in Safari after the first time. It’s fine in other browsers.
Any idea what would prevent it from opening?
Thanks.
Hi Calin,
Thanks very much for the reply. The code works for the text buttons but the Visual Editor buttons seem to be adopting a style from elsewhere.
I used BBP Style Pack to turn on the visual editor in BBPress – which is usual but the buttons are taking style from somewhere else and the code you kindly supplied above only affects the text editor buttons.
Any idea where I can set them or what the css might be?
Many thanks.
Hello Simion,
Just wanted to let you know the 9.7.2 update fixed the problem for me.
Many thanks for your help.
Best wishes.
Sorry this may be very very basic but in case it helps you. If you downloaded the theme there are two download options – 1) all files and 2) just the theme.
If you downloaded “all files” then the theme – Newspaper.zip is actually inside the zip file you downloaded so you have to unzip that and then find the theme file and try to upload that to wordpress.
Hope that helps.
Thanks for your help Simion. That would be very much appreciated.
Sorry forgot to say – message disappears if I switch to WordPress 2019 theme.
Hi.
I’m getting a similar problem but only on three BuddyPress pages automatically created by BuddyPress – /Members, /Activity and /Groups. The error is …..
Warning: array_key_exists(): The first argument should be either a string or an integer in /home/oldpalud/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/init.php on line 31583
Everything bang up to date. Updated via ftp and cleared caches etc. wp_debug to true shows the same message.
Hope this helps. Best wishes.
