Website does not look in a cellphone like TagDiv (Phone viewport) - reply

Thank you very much for all those informations. Now my website looks exactly as I want in a cellphone, but now I have a question :
1.- When I call my website throu a cellphone is faster using mobile theme and amp plugin than Mobile responsive ? Or its just the same ?

it is set a posts loop, but all posts are not shown
also, there is one category where it is not shown any post that belong to that category. For example, category LIDERES, if you go there you will not see any post, but already there are two post marked for that category :
For example this link : https://lasnoticiasdominicanas.com/jose-diaz-alias-el-botija-un-lider-comunitario-comprometido-y-candidato-a-regidor-por-el-prm/
is marked for this 3 categories but is not shown in Kiosco or Lideres
