Category pages not showing correct level subcategories - reply

For example Sport Updates category will display post from all subcategories, Podcasts, Red and Blue.

It’s not showing “Red and Blue” anywhere. Podcast is supposed to show it’s subcategories. Instead Podcast shows “Podcast” instead of “Red and Blue” (it’s child categories).

The current site is behind a coming soon page, so here’s a duplicated site: http://www.testing.lwhspapertiger.org/category/sports-update/

This category hierarchy was just created:
Sports Update
– Podcasts
– – Red
– – Blue

However, the categories are displaying:
Sports Update—Podcasts
Podcasts—Podcasts (I’d like it to display Red, Blue)
