Visual Composer category filter not working - reply

Hi, Here are the screenshots:

1) When I set the two slider Blocks in home page that show all categories, its works fine! Screenshot
2) But when I set that show only one category, the slider dissapeared. Screenshot
3) The filtered category isn´t empty. Screenshot

I can´t show the site url, because isn´t published yet. If you give me an email I can send you the access.
The visual composer its actualiced.
