I also have another issue which is a strange one – the way you handle Avatars in Comments seems different to most themes. I’m using a bridge which imports users avatars from our forums. On all other themes, it works as expected (Can see Avatars)

On NewsPaper, it shows the mystery man in the comments, despite under the accounts the Avatars showing as expected. Bit of a strange one!

I have them separately, It depends on your type of site.

It looks to me like V3.0 has been underbaked. I hope this issue gets sorted soon.

So, for Buddypress it has defined pages (Groups, Activity etc) if you go to edit page, select sidebar you want, it doesn’t work.

As for the sign on – yeh, that’s an issue. Some call the Themed login, others menu options call Standard WordPress login. If you login to one system, it should log you into all as well.

Strange bug – I have updated to V3 on my dev site and forums still show, but Buddypress Sidebar bug is still there.

Out of interest, did you install the Speedboost Add-on? If you did, disable it and test again. It broke my site so I removed it.

Update is on ThemeForest now 😉

So far the support I’ve had here is the worst I’ve had from any theme. This is one of the most expensive themes on TF. Shame the support does not match the price.

Great to see another update!

Something else that confuses me – When I first preview the change via the site edit, it does EXACTLY WHAT I WANT!

It’s once I save it, that there is a call in the code somewhere to change the layout.

How do I stop it from changing to boxed?

Just to update – I have now done the header Gradient – I just need help with stoping it switching to boxed view when I have a BG on Categories – If I set a color BG it stays full width like I want!

Firstly – thank you for your initial response.

However, it hasn’t really shed much light on anything, other than what I already knew from my testing.

So, I’ll hopefully go more in-depth and hopefully get a bit more info from yourself. I am usually pretty good at edits, but as the theme is quite complicated, I don’t wish to break anything 🙂

So firstly.

The headerbg Gradient – Where do I put the code for this?

The social Icons – I want them where the Ad Iframe is, so like this example.

Secondly, If I set the BG as a color for the Categories, it maintains the full-width header. If I set it to an image, it makes it boxed. I don’t want this, I want a full width header still!!!

The theme was quite expensive, so I was hoping for some good support! 😀
