I will send the email, but it is important to know that this is NOT Cpanel. This is a dedicated server.

I have followed every guide I can tell. The plugins are installed but the demo just gives the error. I know the file folder permissions are correct.

“tagDiv importer detected an error”. It then recommends several steps…

1. Check permissions on upload folder: I have given every permission I can think of to uploads. It has 0755 and is owned by www-data:www-data
2. WP_DEBUG is set to false
