I still have to do what you suggested but in the meantime I noticed a very strange thing:

if I open the page as admin I see the homepage correctly: https://drive.google.com/file/d/102spUFtJGOu2K3G7Irbt2so7dqKvjf3E/view?usp=sharing

but if I open it anonymously I don’t:
