custom additional css is not working in the site….if i add any code of css in the site the changes is not appearing in the site from the frontend. How can i solve this issue?????

How can i make a subcategory filter without changing page…..that means i want to make a filter and if i click on a subcategories it should not change the page it should display the filtered content in that same page.

yes exactly….IF WE CLICK edit with td composer it doesnot open anything…..just it shows loading….that why screenshot has nothing just loading only
