I would like to follow up on my ticket regarding the advertisements not appearing on the mobile version. This has now been checked on multiple phones, in multiple countries and different platforms (both android and iOS).

Please note, my purchased plan includes 6 month support. It has been almost a full week with this issue persisting, without a clear answer to my issue. Furthermore, it has been 4 days since your last answer.

I expect an answer within the next 24 hours and a solution regarding AMP ads which are still not appearing on mobile phones and the homepage not having a compatible AMP template.

Sorry to bother you again. I found the issue with the homepage. In the link you show me – to manage the AMP manually by pages, for the homepage I get the following “No hay plantillas compatibles para mostrar esto en AMP.” which roughly translates into “There aren’t any compatible templates to show this in AMP form”.

Which I guess explains why I cannot manage to get the homepage (www.sal-pimienta.com) to get a positive result in the google AMP test. Any advice?

When performing the https://search.google.com/test/amp – the result comes negative “Not an AMP page
The URL is not an AMP page, nor does it link to an AMP page.”

How can I solve this?

Please note that I have followed all the instructions.

PS: Having checked the forum, this seems to be quite common, maybe it would be ideal for you to provide and extended AMP setting guide or similar to avoid so many issues.

Thanks for the reply. I actually followed the tutorial and according my google analytics the website is receiving visits in the amp page – example (https://imgur.com/FYT32kh).

USE MOBILE THEME FOR is activated for Mobile + AMP

The rest I believe affects just to the look and feel of the site. Isn’t it?

Any help you can provide me will be greatly appreciated.
