I’m happy with you, at least you try to help me. But I don’t want to change anything from my theme. I’m happy with demo layout.

But you have to focus on every single grid because everyone wants the full-size image on their thumbnail, especially on the front page.

Ok, let me tell you exactly the problem with thumbnails.
Visit: https://www.rsviral.com
Check: “Latest News” section. All thumbnails are displaying in there original size.

Check: “Phones” section. The image is getting cropped, I need the full-size image there also, I don’t want to get cropped my images.

Now if we look at the upper side colorful thumbnail, that all are also cropped. I want all the images in their whole size.

Please make a “new setting” which fit our original images in their thumbnail without getting cropped.

For all blocks, grid and full grid types. Can you make any “auto-fit without cropped” setting for thumbnails?

Now, I hope you understand my problem.

I’m happy and got my answer about FB thumbnail.

But not happy with our own site cropping system, you need to fix it. When on “Latest News” column working well then why not all?

Only “Latest News” section is good, and rest the section are not good.

Please do something which starts showing full images on every section.

I request you to please, now don’t tell me to change the thumbnail size. Fix it with same 1068*712 size because I already write many articles with same thumbnail size.

My web hosting is from HostingRaja.in not getting any help from my web hosting. Currently, I’m using Genesis Framework which is amazing very easy to use and install.

I don’t no host IP address, username & password.

Before hostingraja I was using HostGator & it’s the world’s best hosting service for me.

But my current hosting service is not good they’re not trying to solve my problem. So I want to try to get a refund.

Newspaper theme is really not so easy to handle.

Via FTP it’s almost impossible for me and with WordPress again “Not found, error 404”.
I’m frustrated. : (
