Thanks. I see that I have that Composer plug-in, but don’t know how to get to it. Once I’m there I think I can fix this. Thanks!

Please please help me. This is so frustrating. We would like to launch our site officially later this week and I need to change those to our own subjects. I would also like help on how to adjust modules but right now really need those color tags changed. I have no idea what to do to change them.
