Just wanting to communicate that the theme unregistered again this morning. We have reactivated and imported settings now… Again, your help is incredibly appreciated as this is disrupting sales 🙁 Thank you kindly, Shawn

I have created an admin profile with the contact@tagdiv email address now.

Just as a note, our theme has unregistered again, changed design, and is unfunctional. I believe this is 8-9 times now. It appears every 24 hours the theme is unregistering and changing the design. We are starting to lose conversions (money) so we are really hoping you all can help us quickly.

I have created the staging site and since Bogdan had a user account previously, I updated his access to admin. Any help is super appreciated. It seems as though every 24 hours the site is unregistering.
