Adding more for the clarification.

We would like to remove admin-ajax calls happening when a blog page is rendered. We are not using the feature to count the pages accessed and we don’t want to use it.
As we can see, admin-ajax calls are consuming high CPU and increasing page load time and we would like to avoid the same.
Please provide an option to select or deselect the option to count so that we could remove admin-ajax calls.
Please let me know an immediate solution as this is having an impact on our business due to slow load times and consuming high server resources.
