Same with my About page, when I go to my about page on my mobile, it doesn’t appear the same as the mobile view in the backend of my site..

When I go to the backend of my website and then to Appearance > Customize > mobile view (at the bottom left hand corner) of the page, I see what the mobile view of my website should look like. However, when I go to my website on my mobile phone, it looks different to the mobile view in the customize section.

The image is a mobile view of what my site should look like

When I view the website on my mobile it doesn’t look like this.
