Is WPBakery included in the latest newspaper theme update? Or it’s a completely standalone premium plugin?

Is there literally no other way than this?

I have the exact same problem. Using Bluehost. ENVATO API IS DOWN, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER OR USE THE MANUAL REGISTRATION.

Any ideas?
