Hmmm,weird… but if it was a theme issue i’ll have the same issue as you and every one else that bought the theme..

Are you using cloudflare are any other plugin that optimize files..because this i a JS issue

I did not say you where using it,i say you are a plugin that is Async JS and CSS files…

i’ve check ur source code and i see ur files is loaded in asynchronous.

It’s not the theme it’s the plugin u using to “Async JS and CSS” you have to exclude these files in the plugin for the menu to work…

You have to go in the theme settings then “categories” and click on each category you have and turn off the “HIDE CATEGORY TAG ON POST”

I think they forget to change the version #

@nihar105479 here is things you need to fix,and you can find in my sticky post help to fix some of them.

1.Remove query strings from static resources >>> there is help in my sticky post to fix that.

2.Optimize images >>>> get the plugin EWWW Image Optimizer over at wordpress to fix that issue.

3.Inline small CSS >>> Use cloudflare and they will fix that for you and a lot more.https://www.cloudflare.com

5.Use cookie-free domains >>> Use cloudflare and they will fix that for you and a lot more.https://www.cloudflare.com

I keep telling users use cloudflare to help better Optimize there site,if they take my tips and put them in action there site be fast and score better..there is a lot of tips on this site use them and you will see performance.

These are ur best settings that will work great for the theme..

1. Cache hits to this website for quick access. (Recommended)
2. Use PHP to serve cache files.(Recommended)
3. Compress pages so they’re served more quickly to visitors. (Recommended)
4. Make known users anonymous so they’re served supercached static files.(Recommended)
5. Cache rebuild. Serve a supercache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated. (Recommended)
6. Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated.(Recommended)
7. Extra homepage checks. (Very occasionally stops homepage caching) (Recommended)

Expiry Time & Garbage Collection

I have mine set on 60sec for the “Cache Timeout” and 90sec for the Timer and the interval i have set to Once Hourly.

set that up so it clear out all ur stale files

and save ur settings and ur good to go

these files can’t be loaded in render-blocking are the sliders on ur site will not work also the mobile slide menu..

I don’t run a news site so i really don’t care about those things,plus this is 2014 where mobile is taking over PC any way..all those things will not even be able to show on any mobile phone..this is not 2001 dude.

What feature i like too see is a dark skin so we have a choice to choose dark or white…

I’m very happy the way the theme is right now,clean,professional and simple adding more things only put more weight on ur site and make it slow etc..

Why would any one want different colours for menu,that will not look professional are make the site easy on the eyes with a lot of different colors all over the place.

Breaking News ticker you can find a lot of plugins over @ wordpress that can do that.

Weather report come on if you need to check the weather google it are watch the weather channel..

The search bar is already a drop down where it take up less space why they want it bigger etc..

The reason i bought this theme is because it stand out on it’s own not with the same things other sites have,the team that make this theme done a very good job to make it different,clean,professional and simple.

I know that but this theme get a lot of updates and keep going back editing a file all the time is work and time..that’s why i share the plugin where make it easy for those that don’t want keep playin with codes…

@livingsmarttv i have a plugin for you that going be ur best friend soon it’s called “Imsanity”

What this plugin do is resize any image to what you want on upload with out cropping etc and the sweet part it delete the original images after it resize ur image to what you choose in the settings..

Ex.Say you set the upload to post at 600 x 600 and ur image is 1014 x 483 what the plugin going too do when you upload that 1014 x 483 it’s going resize ur image to 600 x 600 and leave it at that,the size will not be change are cropp etc,but the link of this image have to be in ur text box when you making a post for it too work correctly…

That VC is really a BIG pain in the moo,the theme was updated today with a update for VC,now it’s back in my admin panel with another update to 4.2.3 wth…seem this plugin get update every week geez…lol
