Hi,
if I duplicate a template, for example category template, how can I assign to author page?
I Agree with Gagan Josan

Hi Calin,
I think I have the necessary skills to edit 4 files. If you want
I send you the screenshots of the changes I made:
1)https://i.imgur.com/6FiLKC1.png
2)https://i.imgur.com/IPXnJaq.png
3)https://i.imgur.com/nm3kFZK.png
4)https://i.imgur.com/4eXOfOi.png
I don’t see the custom ad 6 in the theme panel and I also get that error if I try to use the composer tagdiv in a previously created page.
am I doing something wrong?
Step 2
when i made those change and i try to open a page with tagdiv composer i have a message error:
“Error at zones: 6(models): 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
🙁
Hi Vlad,
i tried to create a sidebar into my home page template, insert some blocks, save as “custom sidebar” and insert this new block into another template (single post template).
It seems to works but if i change something in “master” template (my home page) the change does not propagate into other templates (in my case single post template) 🙁
Is it possible to save it as “global” so if I had to change something i made only one change instead of having to do N times where N are numbers of templates that use that “custom sidebar” block?
PS: i think that i can achieve my goal with “widget sidebar” blocks but i have another question: fonts used in widget are managed by “fonts settings” in theme panel?
I think it’s a limitation. In my opinion if I use “default font” it should take the default options otherwise you are forced to change the font in many different places!

Thanks
