The featured image is disappearing when you click the update button to save the post.

No It was not resolved and the case has been going on for almost 14 days without any success.

The site is losing out on readers because it is no longer appealing without images.

I hope the issue can be resolved as a matter of urgency

How do we include attachments to this message so that I can show you the current set up of my website

We have done everything that you have asked us to do but nothing seems to sort the issue out

We are setting featured images for the posts but when you save the posts the images are being stripped off the posts. It started recently.

Please your assistance is urgently sought.

We have been using this template for the past year and it was working just fine with the featured images displaying on the post. Kindly the check the stories being posted on the following site (https://www.zbcnews.co.zw).

The image would have been set but when we preview the post on the front end the images do not appear on the posts

Hello, why is the front page showing an Error as follows; Error at zones 6(model) 0(dom)The model does not match the content. Current state has involved an issue.

This is happening when i try to edit the page with tagDiv Composer.

Thanks for the response, but this is an entirely new website. I have deleted the old website files from the hosting server and uploaded the new website with evrything new.
