I fixed the problem in Theme panel -> Background. Sorry, I don’t know delete this post.

Sorry, I am not good enough at PHP/Apache/Ubuntu to debug this error.

I tried re-install of WordPress with only Contact Form 7 plugin. It worked.
Then installed NewsPapers, active theme, the form NOT work (still error 500).

Tested URL: http://dutoanf1.com.vn/index.php/2018/01/16/test/

If you want to run debug on my server, I will send you the access via email.

for more information: when I press Send, the form spinner run forever.
