Awesome! Thanks for your help! Now I see that Static “Home” Page is the word I should have used. It has its disadvantages to have English as a second language 🙂 But I will try and think it will work now.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply! But I think we misunderstand each other. I already know that I have to go to Template Settings to change templates.

What I do not understand is how I should do to activate the template I created to have on the first page. Thus, the first page you come to if you go to a website http://www.example.com If I follow the instructions in the link you posted, I see just as in the instructions that I have created a custom template.

If I choose it in – Default post teamplete (site wide) – it will still not appear on the first page.

So that’s something I haven’t really understood. Thanks for your patience!
