Hi Anamaria,
I have updated update the theme to the latest version 12.3 but it did not solve the problem.
When I use the following link: https://insights.thetchoum.com/tds-login-register/, I am redirected to my account.
But this link: https://insights.thetchoum.com/login-register-center_pro/ does not work.
