Hello.

I have just purchased this theme and having the same issue.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in /home/thevapin/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3086

All parameters are correctly set up and still getting the same error when trying to access the widget section, menu section and customise sections. Please help as a matter of urgency as I need to get back to work! Thanks.
