Thank you for this advice. It is the Ultimate Member Plugin. Is there a way to fix it. so that the menu is linked and can open the preview etc.?

Thank you, yes it is shown but not linked. the link is only a /#.
In the top menu and the category menu on the startpage.

Oh and the links to the menu / categories on the homepage are gone too.
