So I’ve updated the theme to 8.7.5 but social counter still not working.

I know I’ve got the latest version as there is only facebook id now, instead of the app.

I just keep getting 0 fans for both facebook and twitter.

Interestingly I was getting correct facebook users on the development server.

Are there any specific requirements for the server to get the correct numbers?

Would you also be able to tell me how to fix subscribers section on the sidebar. i.e: https://igamingusa.com/how-igaming-operators-can-keep-customers-coming-back-for-more/

On the right hand side I have subscribers section for facebook and twitter. For Facebook I think I need to add in app id (would you be able to send me instructions for this?) and twitter should work as is with just the username but it doesn’t?

Thanks for this although I am looking for a specific function which controls that about the author section.

From what I can see it is pulled in using the following function:
$td_mod_single->get_author();

Any idea where I can locate this function controller?
