Theme rendering to default first a second until resolving to theme panel colors - reply

Hi,
I am also having this issue. Cutting and pasting custom CSS from the theme panel does not entirely fix the problem. It seems that all of the customization made using the theme panel are affected (fonts, text color, background color, etc.) Is there a file where all of these changes are saved so we can cut and paste them in style.css? Thanks
