I changed my PHP version 7.4 and also tried to change 7.3 in both version when I tried to edit my wp-includes>functions.php file there have same problem appear fatal error and cant able to acces my admin panel and website.

When I remove my edit my admin panel and website is back again but appear 500 PHP errror then I did same procedure which you suggest me and 500 error gone.

Still I cant able to edit functions.php file if I try to edit error will come again.

Thanks again but I have still one question about it when I try to edit anything in my cpanel in root .htccess file and in wpincludes>functions.php file error again appear in php, do you have ay permanent solution about that?

All file permission set are ok have no problem in permission as per your suggestion i deactivate all the plugins and activate only tagdiv plugins but problem is still there problem not solved.
