Okay never-mind, I fixed the issue by removing the warning message at the top of the page caused through other plugins. I feel this is a bug somehow so you here’s the story.

“Ensure that bottom part of footer is editable even if user has warning messages from plugins at top of screen.”

Everything is editable through TD composer for the footer except for the Copyright part at the bottom. It is unreachable: https://imgur.com/HtdiS0Y
