Hello,

Sorry but this makes absolutely no sense. Your own documentation says
https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/

category which best suites to describe functionality of this shortcode. Default category: Blocks. You can add your own category, simply enter new category title here

What is wrong now? The documentation or the code that does not take it correctly? This parameter has worked in the past. Maybe someone from the developers can take a look at what is not working here.

Hi,
That the tdc_category cannot be changed is ok, but why is the parameter category itself ignored? The parameter is also meant for grouping.

Hi,
Thanks for your fast response.
I have since discovered that it is not the footer of the mobile theme, but the footer of the APM template. Where can I adjust this APM template then?

Hi,

I have checked all the fields, already in advance. All fields are either empty or have the correct URL stored. As I said, I even ran a full text search over the entire database to look for the URL and the name of the image. Without success. I don’t understand this either.

Hi,

Can you recommend a 3rd party plugin that works well with tagDiv? Or which framework is used by you? Bootstrap seems not to be, because a <div class=”row”> seems not to know the template.

Hi, Calin,

I narrowed down the problem in detail before I opened this post office. With the Twenty-Twenty Theme of WordPress this behaviour does not happen with the same active plugins.

Even if I load and set the avatar myself, the title attribute is added afterwards. Where I could not determine yet unfortunately.

Template: Single Post Template – Magazine PRO
Original place from Theme: https://prnt.sc/uptrf4
Custom debug output with source-data: https://prnt.sc/upts3g
Custom-Code: https://prnt.sc/uptsoc

Somewhere in the code there must be a function that gives the image this title attribute via the CSS class. The random number that is appended clearly indicates that this is a bug.

Hi, Calin,

Yes, it’s a little confusing, but I think once i understand it, and it works, I’ll be able to handle it 🙂

I have now adapted the file “wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php”, but no change appears on the author’s box. I tested it in the main-theme and in the child theme, removed the author-box and added it again, but nothing changes. Of course, all cache plugins are deactivated, too.

Wouldn’t it be the easiest to create a complete own block for the tagDiv Composer? (In the composer it is called “Single Post shortcodes”). To avoid confusion or misunderstandings when naming elements like modules, blocks, etc. I have attached a screen to show exactly which element I want to replace/rebuild.

Hi Calin,

I have not yet fully understood the principle. Creating the Childtheme was no problem, but the Composer is a plugin, and the ‘Single Post Author Box’ is defined in the plugin. But I cannot overwrite plugins in a Childtheme or code elements for a plugin. Or can I?

I also extended the code in “wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php”, but it doesn’t seem to run. Does this file only serve as a base and must be compiled whenever changes are made? How can I tell the compiler that there are new changes? Even after removing and adding the module in the manager no changes are shown.

Hi Calin,
Thanks for your fast response.

How can I create my own author box that will not be overwritten by an update? What are the requirements for the theme editor to recognize my file/template as an element and embed it into the template?

Is this the right guideline for my adaptation? => https://forum.tagdiv.com/developer-info/

Hi Calin,

Can I rework/overwrite the file without hesitation or will it be overwritten again with the next theme update? What exactly does it mean that it is in the cloud? Should I store it somewhere else in my system to protect it from being overwritten?

Hi Vlad,

Can you please tell me where I can find the HTML template for the box “Single Post Author Box”? I would like to customize it.
