The support of my hosting confirmed to me that it is not dependent on them. This screen also appears at my support, and the problem lies with tagdiv. He sent me the screenshot.

Hi,
I have reset and reactivated the template. I cleared the cache from my site and cleared the history from all browsers I have. Unfortunately, the problem repeats itself.
Last night the homepage managed to unblock, but now the homepage is locked again from this screen. It is not normal for TagDiv to take over the homepage.
