If it helps, I have run a bandwidth usage report from Bluehost for August 1-26, 2022. View here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:97664fc6-e2f9-39a7-a399-9ae5f1702cd4

Hi Simion,

Update here for you. I created a staging site and attempted to restore the staging site (plugins and theme only) from an UpdraftPlus backup from 8/10/21.

For staging, I’m using BlogVault and have SFTP and PHPMyAdmin access.

I was hoping to compare the Theme Panel settings from the 8/10/21 backup with the current Theme Panel settings on production. Unfortunately, they look identical.

So, I assumed I needed to restore the database as well. Therefore, I did the best I know how to replace the database on staging from an export of the database I did from production a few days ago in PHPMyAdmin. I renamed it to the staging database name and replaced all the URLs to the staging site. And now the site is giving me a critical error, https://www.washingtonthoroughbred654.e.wpstage.net – but I can still log into /wp-admin.

Also, after importing the database /wp-admin, Theme Panel is no longer available under my Newsmag left nav menu.

My goal with creating a staging environment: I want to compare my Theme Panel settings from the 8/10/21 back up to the Theme Panel on production to see what else I’m missing.

At this time, my client isn’t comfortable sharing admin access with tagDiv to the production server. Let me know if access to this is an absolute requirement in order to troubleshoot.

I have emailed contact@tagdiv.com with credentials and the export of the original staging database.

Thanks for your help!

We were able to fix the widget errors. Now I’m just having issues with the sidebar ad not displaying, the RSS feed not displaying in the footer, and the social media icons (FB, IG, Twitter) not displaying in the top navigation. It’s odd, the Header Ad started working––that said, changes made in the Theme Panel seem to be delayed after saving and not always consistent. I’m working on getting a staging site going so I can install a copy from 8/10/21 so I can compare the Theme Panels. I prefer not to restore the production website to this version because there have been a lot of content changes made since then and changes are continuing. I will send contact@tagdiv.com an email with credentials.

We’re experiencing pagination problems on our site also.
http://washingtonthoroughbred.com

Pagination will work for tagged pages, but not for multiple pages in a category.

For trouble shooting:

1) We deactivated all of the plug-ins and then re-activated them one by one. However, the pagination problem still persists even with all of the plug-ins deactivated.

2) Then, we turned off the Newsmag theme and the pagination worked properly, so it’s looking like there is something with the Newsmag theme that is not allowing the pagination to work.

One suggestion is to uninstall and re-install the Newsmag theme in case something is corrupt.

Do you have any better ideas or fixes?

Thank you in advance for your help!
