It is possible to edit the symbolical code?

2.The footer is not displayed correctly, for example on this page – https://new.lpk-sibiri.ru/news/altendorf-woodex-2019/ How can we correct it?

3. Where can we change the banner and logo at the top of site? And where can we delete the logo “Romania news” in the footer of site?
