Thanks for the reply. Just to let you know that, the method you propose is not working actually.

I remove the mouseover zoom effect by adding below code:

When the mouseover the Big Grid 1 Full, the image still having zoom effect.

All the cache (client/server) already flushed. Can you simply try the site above on your end?

I change the BigGrid component to “Big Grid Full 1”, however the featured image not able to show up, only 1 grey area.

If I change it to “Big Grid Full 2”, featured image able to show perfectly.

Dear team,

I switch off the “Use loading animation image”, and I try to check all 3 Loading effect – as I can’t uncheck them… all not working.

Do you have any email I can my login to you?
