This image you shared shows the WP Editor window in a different location and top black bar you see in the your image is not viewable when it’s opened.

That is what I did and when the new window opens(for editing), you can’t see top or bottom of the editing window… Nor can you move or resize it, therefore you can’t even close it either.

The window opens to BIG and you can not see the top or the bottom, nor can you move it to close it.

I’ve tried it in firefox and chrome

Now it’s working… I had https on everything except logo and favicon but now it’s working.
