429 TOO MANY REQUEST– ORDER BY RAND FROM THEME AND THEME PLUGINS - reply

The errors shows up mostly when editors are trying to save posts.

Just displays 429 Too many requests. The site still works when you reload but this isn’t good for our viewers.

Will take the next screenshot as soon as it comes up but my host tells me the theme files making too many requests.
