I suppose this is in the edit page, I have only “page template settings” option and “yoast” there.

Hi!I know that and I did what you suggested but my problem is your widget does not show the checkboxes.

​I have created 2 checkboxes (2 groups) on mailchimp so if you want to choose what list you want to subscribe to. The html code from mailchimp includes the checkboxes but not showing in the subscribe form of your theme.
