got the first issue resolved but on the second cannot getthe logo or social links to appear

I want this top menu also to be sticky on the site caribbean daily eye this is menu that displays the temperature about us and social logos only the dropdown

Also in the mobile menu I cannot get the logo to appear on the mobile menu despite uploading it do not know if its transparent.

ok i have gotten the mobile issue resolved by unassigning pages but the top menu is blank I want to get the mobile version of the header but in white format how do I do this
