Thank you BUT I meant the picture in my sidebar and not in the footer. Where can I customize that?

Thank you very much!
I still search for the option how to customize my sidebar. For example how I can set my personal “about us” picture and also where I can choose to add the subtitle in the “most recent/popular” post display in my sidebar. I can not find any customizing function in the widget settings…
