Sorry, I think you need to reconsider this issue. This is not a plugin error. This is entirely due to the structure of your site. Because these plugins have been used for many different themes.
I commented so, I’m just a little disappointed in how to evaluate this issue!

You can 2 web and use same plugin. I see that problem not for plugin, so structure theme !

You creat a new page and design with template. Then, set footer as page in theme panel.
